Eustis Housing Authority (EHA) provides housing through the Public Housing program and USDA Rural Development Housing in the City of Eustis in Lake County Florida.

Tall Pines Villas, a 56-apartment complex funded by the USDA, is managed by Dimension One Management. Limited rental assistance for qualified tenants is available.

EHA also manages 60 Public Housing units. Public Housing accommodates elderly, disabled and multifamily.

HCV (Section 8) program vouchers are not accepted.
